Lanuss Deburring Machines remove slag and burrs from sheet metal through a carefully staged process that ensures clean, precise, and uniform results:
Steel Hammer Disc Brushing Station
A specialised steel hammer disc strikes the surface to effectively remove slag from the workpiece.
Abrasive Belt Station
This stage eliminates larger burrs and any remaining slag particles. It is also ideal for creating metal hairlines, polishing, peeling, and surface finishing.
Universal Sand Roller Brush System
Four rotating sanding brushes refine edges, smooth inner holes, and achieve consistent R-angle rounding. Different abrasive belts and processes can be applied to customise results. This step ensures burr-free parts while preserving dimensional accuracy.
For laser-cut and CNC-punched components with protective coatings, the system provides 360° deburring without damaging coatings or scratching surfaces, thanks to specially designed soft abrasive brushes.
Independent Operation
The abrasive belt station and sanding roller brush system can be used together or independently, providing flexibility for different applications.
Conveying System
A powerful vacuum adsorption system securely holds workpieces larger than 50mm without the need for extra tooling. For special parts, optional tooling is available. Variable speed control allows for precise handling.
Dust & Safety Management
To ensure a clean and safe workspace, the machine uses a wet vacuum cleaner combined with a high-pressure, high-flow fan to direct dust into a collection chamber. Dust is captured through water spray deposition and filtered before clean air is released. Metal powder is collected and recycled, supporting eco-friendly production.
