LM DCL-A Series
Continuous Wave Laser Cleaner
The LM DCL-A Series is a high-power continuous-wave laser cleaning machine designed for efficient removal of rust, paint, oil, carbon deposits, oxides and other contaminants from metal and selected non-metal surfaces.

Available in 1500W and 2000W configurations, the DCL-A combines a continuous fibre laser source with a high-speed scanning system and precision control system to deliver fast and controlled surface cleaning. The higher laser power makes it particularly suited to demanding industrial applications where productivity and cleaning speed are important.

The machine features a portable 65kg design with heavy-duty castor wheels, allowing it to be moved around the workshop or production environment as required. A lightweight 1.8kg handheld cleaning head and 10m operating cable provide flexibility when working across large components or difficult-to-reach areas.

Multiple scanning patterns can be selected to suit different cleaning requirements, while the 7-inch display provides convenient access to machine controls and operating parameters. The DCL-A can be used as a handheld cleaning system or incorporated into automated cleaning applications.

With its combination of high laser power, flexible operation and non-contact cleaning, the DCL-A is well suited to heavy-duty industrial cleaning, surface preparation, maintenance and restoration applications.
